Yes friends, it's true...Alyssa has mono.
Poor kid. Her best friend found out she had it on the weekend and so we went to the doctor to find out if Alyssa had escaped said plague. Nope. Today she is at home, on the couch with an arsenal of gatorade, vitamin C and the remote.
Pray that no one else gets it and if you've got any suggestions for a speedier recovery (yes, I know that you have to let it run its course...), let me know!!
